Would be nice if they would start a web site and post the times they are shutting off water for repairs/whatnot. Water is frequently shut down at various points in the month with no warning. Mid shower, mid laundry no water. This could be a few hours or the entire day. Some sort of community page to check times in the event of a water break etc...

Completely changed my yard and saved me from my HOA. I was scared with how hot it was at the time when I got my pro vista st Augustine installed but it could not have gone better. They just completed a project for us and the experience was excellent! Josh was very knowledgeable, personable and a great communicator. They arrived when they said they would, worked very hard and treated our home like it was theirs. We contacted Herr's Landscaping because our front yard was unimproved after completion of our new home construction.Our front yard was suffering from erosion gullys leading downhill on a sharp gradiant, soil with a high sand cotent, and was devoid of any sod or plants. Josh met with us and listened to our ideas. He literally transformed our bleak eroding front yard into a beautiful art piece using rock walls, a dry creek bed, and plants that attracted hummingbirds and bees!! He really worked with us to encorporate our ideas. Josh is extremely knowledgeable. His knowledge of plants is incredible. He is kind, caring and personable. His work ethic is so refreshing in today's world. He and his crew showed up exactly on time, worked super hard, and cleaned up everything. He and his crew treated our place with great respect and care. Josh is a fantastic landscaper. We think of him as a true artist that uses natures elements to create a beautiful canvas. If you’re in need of an amazing tile expert, Old West Restoration is by far the best in all of Houston! I own a small cleaning business and a few of my employees accidentally damaged a client’s tile by using the wrong chemical. After calling our insurance and them telling us they would not cover the accident, we began our search to find a confident person or company who could fix it. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people and big companies who did not know how to repair the tile. I had one company tell me to put dirt on the tile and let it sit for a week and that would work. Crazy right??? Everybody had a different solution, none of which restored the tile to its original color and texture. After a long 4 months of trying out different methods, we were fortunate enough to be matched with Tony. Tony immediately knew what to do and how he said he would fix it matched with reputable tile restoration articles. Tony came out that same week and fixed in 3 hours what was taking us 4 months plus to try to figure out. He is an expert in what he does and restored not only the color, but as well as the texture of the tile. Please, don’t waste your time with any other person or company who says they know tile and go with the BEST - Old West Restoration. Thank you so much Tony again for everything!

I cannot say enough about Tony and his crew. They took out ~1500 of tile and hardwood floor. This was the most stubborn tile and hardwood I've ever seen but they were determined to finish it. They were at my house and ready to work at 8am sharp every morning. Even though it was a lot tougher than they expected, they came to work everyday with positive attitudes and determined to finish the job. Like I said, I can't say enough about Tony and his crew. He does lots of building/restoration things. If you need anything done around the house I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony. He will meet and exceed your expectations by far. Also his prices are more than fair, even lower than the competition I can say. Again, words do them no justice

Old West Restoration is top notch! They were referred to me by a friend for tile and carpet cleaning. I was not disappointed. The owner Tony was very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job. My grout has never been so clean. I also hired them to install some crown molding and build me a small cabinet for my bathroom. I was very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Old West Restoration!!!

If I could give it -100 stars I would. First of all our water bill TRIPLED. One month was less than $50, the next month was over $150 and it’s been like that since then( past 6 months).Also the past few months we have had several issues with the water being shut off. (And yes, we did pay the bill. We have automatic payment set up). For example today… we came home 3 hours ago and the water was off, my husband seen a utility truck working on something in our road, so he thought that was the reason, 2 hours later he checks with the neighbors and they have water, we called and we got NOTHING zero explanation as to why our water was shut off. Just a “give me your name, address and phone number so I can give it to one of our technicians because it’s after hours.” It’s been over an hour now and we are still waiting for a sign of that said technician. We have a newborn and a toddler!!!!!!!!!!! This is very frustrating and extremely inconvenient. The least you can do is explain, I swear if I could get another water company I would.

I usually don't get bad reviews but this will be the occasion because I am a hard-working person who works Monday to Saturday from 9-7:00 pm I had to pay my water bill on November 20th, they give you 6 days until the 26th if you don’t pay. They charge a 90 dollar fine. It really seems like a lot to me 90 dollars. I called to the office. I asked them to explain to me. The lady who helped me didn't know how to explain, so asked to spoke with her supervisor? I told her that the 90 dollar fine seemed very exaggerated and she started yelling at me, I'm a gentleman, she's a lady, so I couldn't argue with her, what I did was hang up the call, they're very disrespectful when you're going to pay. the bill personally although there is no line to pay, it takes a while to attend you... to all of you citizens of splendora and residents who receive these services who work hard and sometimes not because you do not want to pay but because your job does not allow it and it takes you more than 6 days to pay your receipt and They charge a 90 dollar fine just for not being able to pay it in the 6 days and on the seventh day you have to pay a fine and they cut off your service, regardless of whether you have small children, a family with special needs, they don't care. It doesn't matter and then you call the supervisor and just have him yell at you like you're an idiot. I understood that we have to pay a fee but 90 dollars is a lot..

I’m not sure why people have a lot of bad things to say about this water company. I haven’t had no issues at all. They have worked hard and late to fix your problems and explain to you exactly what you need to know. They’ve answered my questions very well and professional. I love living in Splendora. Such an amazing experience . Ask for Mrs. ALLDAY, she’s thumbs up the best person to help you!! The Customer service is amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Within 48 hours of me reaching out Kevin was on property and quickly diagnosed and repaired my valve. I will be a customer for life and recommend all my friends and family to do the same.

Goss Water Well Service has been wonderful! I’ve used them a few times for our water well pump and he is always been reasonably priced. Today he traveled an hour and a half to get here from his prior job and determined that it was an electrical issue. He refused payment, which is very uncommon today. His work has always been professional, excellent, and very timely.

I build my house 38 years ago and am on my third pressure water tank for my water well. This 3rd tank had started leaking late Friday and you cannot get done on a weekend. All of the 3 tanks that I have had in the last 38 years are the ones that I had installed myself. Now that I am 85 years old, I am just not able to change out one again. I installed the tank in a small closet in my garage out of the weather, so I know how hard it can be to change out a tank. I found out about Goss Water Well Service and called and talked to Kevin on Monday morning. He said that he could come out that afternoon, but that was not a good time for me. We made plans for him to come the next morning with a new glass lined tank that was lots better than the tanks that I had been using. He showed up on time and within 2 hours, him and his son were through installing the new tank. The cramped space did not bother him, and they did a great job installing the new tank. I will recommend them to anyone that need a job done well. I am well pleased with them and if ever I need something like that again, I will be calling them.

Got the Filtration system installed and l am in awe of the customer service .Jim was very outstanding. Their responses to inquires are non comparable in terms of speed. I have recommended them . This system works great, looks nice and it’s affordable. Doesn’t take up too much space. The chlorine levels in my water went from very high to non existent! Super nice people. David is great to work with and he and his installer were very polite and respectful. When they came to install they had a contemporary faucet which didn’t match my style but I said it was fine and a couple weeks later David called and said he found a traditional faucet in the warehouse and immediately thought of me and came over and swapped it out. I really appreciated that. Don’t hesitate to use this company.
